So, two people have sent to this video to me and I finally watched it.
I have to admit the method seems really simple and I am tempted to rush out and cook some potatoes just to try it.
The big surprise, other that the simple peeling method, was the hostess of the video.....Dawn Wells aka "Maryann" from Gilligan's Island! Isn't that a hoot!
Anyhoo, she does a great job, very upbeat, and it's a good tip.
